What Riachu stores once it joins your server, and how to have it deleted.
01What we collect
Riachu stores server, channel, role and user identifiers plus the settings you configure. Message content is processed in memory to run commands and filters, and is only retained when a server administrator turns a logging feature on.
02Why we store it
Identifiers and settings are what make commands, moderation cases, level progress and music queues work. Nothing is sold, rented or used for advertising.
03Third parties
The bot runs on Discord's API and the dashboard is hosted on Vercel. Those providers process data under their own policies and receive only what a feature needs.
04Retention and deletion
Data is kept while Riachu is in your server. Removing the bot starts a 30-day deletion window, and you can ask for an immediate wipe at any time.
