The short, readable rules for using Riachu and riachu.lol.
01Using the bot
Invite Riachu only to servers you administer and keep the bot inside Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
02Your responsibility
How your server configures moderation, logging and music is up to you. Do not use Riachu to harass members or to automate anything that breaks Discord's rules.
03Availability
Riachu is provided as is and free of charge. Features may change and maintenance can interrupt service, so uninterrupted uptime is not promised.
04Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, moderation that did not run, or damages arising from use of the bot.
05Changes
Material changes are announced in the support server and take effect the moment they are published on this page.
