Refunds
Riachu is free. This page covers the only case where money is involved.
01Free features
Every feature advertised on the homepage is free. No payment is required to invite Riachu or to use it.
02Paid plans
The optional per-server plans unlock larger music queues and custom branding. They are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
03Refunds
Unused time in the current billing period is refunded on request within 14 days of the charge. Renewals are never silent: you receive an email before each one.
04Disputes
If something went wrong, contact us first and we will fix it. A chargeback filed without contact can end the plan.
